Before your visit
A few things to know.
The practical details, so you can focus on your next idea.
What am I booking?
A free, 30-minute consultation with your chosen artist at the studio. This is time to talk through your tattoo ideas; it is not a tattoo appointment.
When are consultations available?
Our standard consultation hours are noon–5 PM, seven days a week, in Milwaukee’s Central Time. The last standard appointment starts at 4:30 PM. Each artist’s calendar shows their current availability, including any individual schedule changes. Grey dates and times are unavailable.
How much is the consultation?
Consultations are free for now. No card or payment is required to book a consultation.
How do I change or cancel my appointment?
Save the private booking link shown on your confirmation. Use it to cancel your original appointment first, then return to the booking page and manually make a new appointment. Appointments cannot be moved directly, and a new time is only reserved once the new booking is confirmed.
Can I share reference photos?
Yes. You can choose up to five JPG, PNG, or WebP reference photos when you book, or add them through your private booking link afterward. Uploads are attached to your consultation for your artist to review. If a photo fails to upload, retry that photo on the confirmation page; you do not need to book again.
Can I get confirmation and reminder texts?
Text messages are optional. When texting is available, you can opt in to one consultation confirmation and, if you book at least 24 hours ahead, one reminder approximately 24 hours before your appointment. Bookings made less than 24 hours ahead do not receive a reminder. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not required to book. Text delivery is not guaranteed. Your booking confirmation shows whether texts are available; save your private booking link and add the appointment to your calendar.
Do I need an account?
No. Customers book consultations and complete the consent form without creating an account. Keep your private booking link safe; anyone with that link can access your appointment and cancel it.
Who can see my information?
Your submitted booking details, reference photos, and tattoo consent form are available to your selected artist and the studio owner. Other artists cannot access your records. Keep your private booking link safe because it also provides access to your appointment. Tattoo consent records, including the health information you submit, are retained for at least two years. Our privacy policy explains how we use, share, and retain information and how to contact us about privacy.
What does “books closed” mean?
The artist is not accepting new bookings right now. If a reopening date is shown, their calendar will reopen for bookings on that date. Check back then to see the available times.
When do I fill out the tattoo consent form?
Complete the consent form when you arrive for your tattoo appointment and select the artist tattooing you that day. Tattoo clients must be at least 18. Your artist will review the form with you before proceeding.
